Excellent location - Large villa with private pool and sea views. The Villa sits on a large plot at the end of a cobbled road - quiet and peaceful throughout the day and evening. Situated in the heart of Albufeira Town and only moments walk to ‘the strip’ where you can enjoy the amenties; beach, bars, shops, restaurants, nightlife and much more. Refurbished with an open plan design to maximise the social aspect of your holiday. The living room has three large sofas, coffee table and Sky freeview TV and leads to the kitchen and dining area. There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The modern oak kitchen is fully integrated with a breakfast table for eight people. Large sliding doors lead out onto the pool and garden area. There are six bedrooms (5 en suite) in total; 3 double, 3 twin, 2 cots and six bathrooms. On the ground floor three bedrooms:- Bedroom 1: Twin beds, en suite facilities, fitted wardrobe bedroom 2: Twin beds, en suite facilities, fitted wardrobe Bedroom 3: Double Bed, fitted wardrobe, (located beside the main bathroom). Main bathroom - ground floor - spacious with bath/shower. On the 1st Floor:- Bedroom 4: en suite facilities, wardrobe, private terrace, south facing and partial sea views Bedroom 5: en suite facilites and fitted wardrobe Bedroom 6: Main Bedroom, double bed, 2 single beds, en suite facilities, fitted wardobe, and two private terraces, one south facing sea view the other to the swimming pool. The front garden is laid mostly to lawn with many flowering plants and the veranda is shaded by bougainvillea. Outside areas of the house having external lighting. To the left a gate with one car parking space and additional parking outside for two cars. The private swimming pool is 20’x 12’ and has a ‘solar-safety’ cover when not in use. There is a built in barbecue and a shaded tiled garden table and benches. On the 1st floor there are two private terraces which are south facing and have sea views. Faro airport (approx 30 minutes) there are regular buses from Faro to Albufeira. Supermarket (approx 1 km) Newsagents (approx 300m) There is a tourist bus service which passes the road of the Villa to the Old town. Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports centre, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
